Just finished reading the profile on Michael Arrington. As an early soldier in the blogging wars, I’ve had a grudging admiration for Arrington (grudging because he happens to have had a very public following out with a man I admire). Turns out we were at the Claremont Colleges at the same time. He’s an intriguing figure, a person who is reactive rather than active. He is also someone who has worked very hard at cultivating his own myth. There’s quite a market for the rabble rouser both on the page and in the world and Arrington for all his sloppy swagger, is quite the strategist. (via Michael Arrington’s Revenge - Businessweek)
